Amazon.com is selling the Bose Lifestyle Ultra Speaker for $279 shipped in black and white, while Bose lists it at $349 on its own US page. 9to5Toys spotted the offer on October 30, 2026.

This is a US price. Bose’s Canadian page shows the same speaker at $449.00 with no discount, and we could not confirm a matching deal at Amazon.ca, so Canadian readers should check Amazon.ca and Canadian retailers before assuming the US price carries over.

What is the Bose Lifestyle Ultra Speaker?

It is a home speaker from Bose’s Lifestyle range that connects over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Bose’s product page lists Apple AirPlay, Google Cast, Spotify Connect and Alexa built in, with touch controls on top and control through the Bose app.

According to Bose, one speaker can play on its own, two can be paired for stereo, and the speaker can also serve as a rear surround next to the Lifestyle Ultra Soundbar and Subwoofer. Those two pieces are sold separately.

Prices

These are the figures at the time of writing:

  • Deal price: $279 shipped at Amazon.com in the United States, in black and white
  • Maker’s list price: $349.00 on Bose’s US product page
  • Saving: $70, which 9to5Toys describes as 20% off the list price
  • Canada: $449.00 on Bose’s Canadian product page, with no sale shown

No end date was given for the Amazon offer, so the price can change at any time.

Is this the lowest price so far?

9to5Toys calls it a return to the best price to date. The outlet says it is a new Amazon all-time low on the white model and only the second chance at the best price on the black one. That is 9to5Toys’s own tracking, and we have not checked it ourselves.

The outlet also notes that Bose still sells every model at full price on its own site, so the discount sits on the Amazon side. It adds that the same $279 is live in Best Buy’s Week 1 early Black Friday Doorbuster deals.

Who it suits

Small and mid-size rooms. A single speaker is meant to fill a kitchen, bedroom or office. Bose suggests keeping it at least 2 inches away from a wall or corner so the bass does not build up.

Apple and Google households. AirPlay and Google Cast mean iPhone, iPad and Android users can send music straight from their own apps, and Spotify Connect and Alexa are built in as well.

Buyers who may build a system later. Because a pair works as stereo and the speaker can double as a rear surround, it can start as a single unit and grow with the soundbar and subwoofer.

Canadian shoppers. With Bose Canada at $449.00 and no Amazon.ca deal confirmed, the US offer helps only if you shop in the United States or can have it shipped there by a method you trust. Check Canadian listings first.

What we could not confirm

We could not load Amazon’s own product page for a direct check, so the $279 comes from 9to5Toys and its Amazon link. The end date is unknown, and so is the Canadian Amazon price. Before ordering, check the colour, the seller and the delivery cost on the Amazon page. Bose’s own page is the place to watch if the maker’s price changes.
