The eufy Smart Lock C220, a fingerprint deadbolt with built-in Wi-Fi, is selling for $99.97 on Amazon.com at the time of writing. The offer comes from eufy’s own official storefront on Amazon in the US. eufy lists the C220 at $169.99 on its own US store page, so the Amazon price is a clear cut from the maker’s figure.

No end date is shown, and the price can change at any time.

How this price compares

The comparison that matters is with eufy’s list price of $169.99. 9to5Toys, which flagged the deal, describes the lock as carrying a $170 MSRP and reports that the same $99.97 price was available direct from eufy’s website when it checked.

It is not the lowest price seen this year. According to 9to5Toys, both Prime Day events in June and October took the C220 as low as $90.

What the C220 does

The C220 replaces a standard deadbolt and gives you several ways in:

  • Fingerprint sensor on the outdoor keypad, which eufy says learns and gets more accurate with use
  • Keypad code, the eufy Security app and a physical backup key
  • Voice control through Alexa or Google Assistant, plus Apple Watch unlocking, according to 9to5Toys

It connects straight to home Wi-Fi, so no separate hub or bridge is needed. Power comes from 8 AA batteries, which eufy rates at around 8 months, depending on how often the lock is used. eufy also lists an IP53 rating for the outdoor side and BHMA Grade 3 certification, and 9to5Toys notes that Anker promises up to a 15-minute install without extra drilling.

Who it suits and what to check

The C220 suits renters and homeowners who want keyless entry and remote control from a phone without paying for a video lock. Families who often hand out temporary access will get the most from the app and keypad codes.

If you want a camera at the door or palm recognition, it is not the right model: eufy’s FamiLock S3 Max adds those, but eufy lists it at $399.99.

Before buying, measure your door and existing deadbolt and check eufy’s fit guide, since the lock replaces the deadbolt only and not the handle. Also check the finish you want, as eufy sells the C220 in black and in nickel, and confirm the seller on Amazon is eufy’s official store.
