Ninja Canada lists the DualZone 8-QT 6-in-1 Dual Air Fryer (DZ801C) at C$189.99, reduced from C$249.99, and Amazon.ca ranks the same model number 2 in its Air Fryers best sellers at the time of writing. It cooks two foods at once in two independent baskets of 4-qt each, which is where the 8-qt in the name comes from.

The grey DZ801C is sold on Ninja Canada’s own store, where the page also shows a “Save 10% with Code HALLOWEEN” banner, and on Amazon.ca, where the listing shows 50+ bought in the past month. Ninja backs it with a one year limited warranty.

What does the Ninja DZ801C do?

The DualZone design gives each basket its own fan and heater, so one side can run at a different setting from the other. Ninja lists these main points on its Canadian page:

  • Two independent 4-qt baskets, 8-qt in total
  • Six functions: Air Fry, Broil, Roast, Bake, Reheat and Dehydrate
  • Smart Finish, which Ninja says manages the cook so both foods finish at the same time
  • Match Cook, which copies the settings of one zone to the other
  • Easy-to-clean baskets and dishwasher-safe crisper plates
  • In the box: the main unit, two baskets and two nonstick crisper plates
  • Size: 38 cm long

Ninja also claims up to 75% less fat than deep-fried French fries. That figure is the maker’s own claim and compares against deep frying, not against other air fryers.

RTINGS, an established testing site, describes the DZ801 as an 8.5-quart dual-chamber air fryer with enough capacity to serve about four people, with six cooking presets. Its 8.5-quart figure differs from Ninja’s 8-qt, so treat the two-basket layout as the number to plan around.

Two things are visible today. First, the Amazon.ca listing for the DZ801C shows a Best Sellers Rank of #232 in Home and #2 in Air Fryers, along with 50+ bought in the past month. Rankings move often, so check the live page.

Second, Ninja Canada shows a cut price against its own list price, plus the Halloween code banner. The page gives no end date for either.

Prices

Ninja Canada lists C$189.99, reduced from C$249.99, with free shipping above $75. We could not read a live Amazon.ca price for this model, so check the listing before you buy. Ninja’s US site lists the DZ801 at $129.99, reduced from $219.99. Those are two different markets with two different list prices, so do not compare them directly.

Store Price Reduced from
Ninja Canada (DZ801C) C$189.99 C$249.99
Ninja US site (DZ801) $129.99 $219.99

The “reduced from” figures are Ninja’s own list prices, not an independent record low.

How does it compare with other Ninja air fryers?

The older Ninja Foodi DZ090C is a 6-qt two-basket model with five functions and is still listed on Amazon.ca, so it is the smaller step down if you want two baskets. For one basket, the Ninja Air Fryer Pro 4-in-1 (AF141C) holds 5 QT and has four functions. Ninja Canada lists it at C$99.99, reduced from C$179.99.

Ninja Canada’s own pages show a 3.9 out of 5 customer rating for the DZ801C and 4.3 out of 5 for the Air Fryer Pro. Ratings on a maker’s store are a rough guide only.

Who it suits

Families cooking two things at once. One basket for fries and the other for chicken tenders is the use Ninja builds the machine around, and Smart Finish is meant to time both so they land together.

Households of about four. With two 4-qt baskets and RTINGS pointing to roughly four servings, it fits a weeknight dinner for a small family better than a 5 QT single basket.

Shoppers who want a Canadian-listed model. The DZ801C is the Canadian model number, with Canadian pricing and free shipping above $75 at Ninja Canada.

Who should wait or skip. If you cook one dish at a time, the Air Fryer Pro costs less on Ninja Canada’s page and takes less counter space. If the sale end date matters to you, note that Ninja has not published one.

What is still unknown?

Ninja has not said when the reduced price or the Halloween code ends, and it does not say whether the code stacks with the reduced price. The Amazon.ca price at checkout also still needs a live look.

Open the Ninja Canada page and the Amazon.ca listing side by side, compare the final price at checkout, and check the model number reads DZ801C before you order.
