The Ninja Crispi 4-in-1 Portable Glass Air Fryer Cooking System is one of the kitchen gadgets shoppers keep talking about this fall. It is a compact air fryer whose power unit snaps onto glass containers, so the dish you cook in is also the dish you eat from and store leftovers in.

What you get

Ninja’s Canadian site lists the FN101CGY model at $219.99. According to the maker, the system offers:

  • Four functions: Max Crisp, Bake, Air Fry and Recrisp
  • Two glass containers: a 6-cup one for small batches and a 4-QT one for larger meals
  • 1500 W of power on a standard 120 V outlet
  • Dishwasher safe accessories
  • A 1 year limited warranty

Ninja says the 6-cup container can cook a personal meal in 7 minutes, and that the 4-QT container fits a 4-lb chicken with vegetables.

The Curator team at Global News reviewed the Crispi on July 26, 2026 and gave it five stars. The review says it went viral on TikTok after a creator showed a whole dinner made with almost no effort: season the food, put it in the glass container and press start. The reviewer liked the control panel, which has only three buttons, and the lack of small baskets to scrub.

The Kitchn reported in late September that the model had dropped to its lowest price ever ahead of Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days, and noted a 4.4 out of 5 average rating from Amazon shoppers.

Prices in Canada and the US

In Canada, the Global News review put the Crispi at $219.98 on Amazon.ca and at $199.99 on SharkNinja’s site, down from $219.99. Ninja’s own Canadian page showed $219.99 when we checked. Sale prices change often, so check the live listing before you order.

In the United States, SharkNinja’s site showed a sale price of $152.99, down from $179.99, at the time of writing.

Who should buy it, and who should skip it

The Crispi suits one or two people, meal preppers and anyone who reheats leftovers a lot, since the container goes from fridge to unit without moving the food. People who dislike scrubbing air fryer baskets will also appreciate the glass.

It is a weaker fit for big families that cook for many people at once, because the larger container is 4-QT. The Global News reviewer also noted that it is not the cheapest air fryer around. One reviewer quoted by The Kitchn warned that the containers are not Pyrex and can crack with extreme temperature changes, so let hot glass cool before it meets cold water.

Ninja also sells a larger Crispi Pro 6-in-1 model for shoppers who want more room and functions.
