PlayStation Plus members can add Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider IV to VI Remastered and Monster Train 2 to their libraries as the November Monthly Games, from Tuesday, November 3 to Monday, November 30, according to the PlayStation Blog.
Sony announced the lineup on October 28, 2026. October’s games stay claimable only until Monday, November 2, so members have a short window to grab both sets. Here is what each November game offers and who will get the most from it.
What is in the November lineup?
The lineup has three games. Two of them run on both PS5 and PS4, while the third is a PS5 title.
| Game | Platforms | Style |
|---|---|---|
| Dead Island 2 | PS5, PS4 | Zombie action RPG with melee combat |
| Tomb Raider IV to VI Remastered | PS5, PS4 | Three remastered adventures |
| Monster Train 2 | PS5 | Single player deckbuilding roguelite |

What is Dead Island 2 about?
Dead Island 2 drops you into a Los Angeles overrun by zombies, a setting Sony’s blog nicknames “HELL-A”. It is described as an extensive, visceral RPG experience, and IGN highlights its detailed gore system.
- Setting: iconic Los Angeles locations, with quests and eccentric survivors along the way
- Combat: brutal melee, with a wide range of inventive weapons for slicing and smashing
- Co-op: explore alone or play online in three-player co-op
- Platforms: PS5 and PS4
What is in Tomb Raider IV to VI Remastered?
The collection bundles the Darkness Trilogy: Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, Tomb Raider: Chronicles and Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness. Sony says you can play with the original polygonal models or swap to the remastered graphics at any time, which makes it easy to compare the two looks. It is available on PS5 and PS4.

What is Monster Train 2?
Monster Train 2 is a single player deckbuilding roguelite on PS5. You lead clans formed from an alliance of former angels and demons, and your goal is to defeat the Titans who have seized control of Heaven before they destroy the world.
- Five brand new clans, each with its own strengths and style of play
- Three vertical levels to defend against dangerous new enemies
- Units to recruit and cards to upgrade as you build a strategy
- A route that runs through Hell, Heaven and the Abyss
IGN points fans of Slay the Spire to it, noting that it mixes tower defense ideas into card combat on a moving train.
When can you claim the games?
All three are available from Tuesday, November 3 to Monday, November 30, per Sony. Keep the October dates in mind too.
- October games: F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2
- October deadline: Monday, November 2
- IGN calls Hunt: Showdown 1896 the “secret best game” of the October set, so it is worth a look before it goes

How much does it cost in Canada and the US?
Neither Sony’s post nor IGN lists a price in Canadian or US dollars for these games or for a PlayStation Plus membership. The Monthly Games are part of the subscription, so there is no separate price tag in the announcement. Check the PlayStation Store for the plan prices that apply where you live.
Who does the November lineup suit?
Action and horror fans: Dead Island 2 is the obvious pick if you like loud, messy melee combat and a pulpy story. The three-player online co-op also gives it a reason to bring friends along, though the announcement does not say anything about crossplay.
Longtime Tomb Raider players: The remastered trilogy lets you choose between the original polygonal look and the updated graphics, so it works for nostalgia and for newcomers curious about the older games. Three adventures in one pack is a lot of play time.
Strategy and card game fans: Monster Train 2 is the best fit if you enjoy roguelites where every run asks for a new plan. It is single player only, and PS5 only, so check which console you have first.
Households still on PS4: You get two of the three games. Dead Island 2 and the Tomb Raider collection both list PS4 support, but Monster Train 2 does not.
What is still unknown?
Sony’s post does not list any price for PlayStation Plus in Canada or the US, and it does not say how long the games stay playable beyond the claim window. It also does not mention file sizes or any extra requirements for online co-op in Dead Island 2. The PlayStation Blog post is the place to check for updates before November 3.
