Talk Android reported on November 5, 2026 that eufy’s sale at Amazon US listed it at $429.99, with most prices in that sale holding until November 18. The Amazon page we read on November 7 showed $459.99, so the figure differs between listings and days.

What is the eufy Omni C28?

The C28 is a robot vacuum that also mops with a spinning roller, paired with a station that does the chores afterwards. These are the figures from eufy’s page and the two reviews we read:

eufy says the station washes the mop after every session, dries it, empties the dust bin, refills the water tank and collects dirty water. Navigation uses a LiDAR turret and no camera, which is the main place it differs from pricier eufy models.

Early Black Friday sales have pushed robot vacuums to the front of Amazon, and the C28 is cheap for a model with a full washing and drying station. Reviewers also liked it. Expert Reviews called it “the best value robot vacuum/mop we’ve tested” and gave it a Best Buy award, and T3 named it an excellent value pick for small and medium homes.

We compare the sale with eufy’s own price, not with the crossed out figure on a store page. The Amazon page also shows a list price of $799.99, matching eufy’s. Prices can change at any time, and no end date is shown on the Amazon page. Talk Android says most of eufy’s sale prices hold until November 18. T3 also reported a $499.99 price with a code, which is higher than the current Amazon price.

How does it compare with the eufy Omni E25?

The E25 is the obvious step up. According to Expert Reviews it has 20,000Pa suction, 1.5kg of mop pressure and an RGB camera with AI obstacle avoidance, while the C28 has 15,000Pa and LiDAR only. The same reviewer found the two cleaned almost the same in its tests, collecting 98% of rice and dog hair on the C28, and found navigation about as good. T3 says the E25 has a quieter dock and also points to the E28, which has stronger suction and includes floor solution. For a flat with hard floors and a pet, the C28 covers the basics for less.

What are the weak points?

Reviewers agree on three points. The dock is noisy: Expert Reviews says the mop drying cycle is loud and can run for up to five hours, and T3 says the dock is loud while emptying. Carpet is not its strength, since Expert Reviews measured nearly 62% of flour lifted from carpet. And the obstacle detection is weaker than on premium models, with T3 saying it can need more clearance around small objects. eufy does not include floor cleaning solution, and T3 says the maker recommends its own.

Who it suits

Small and medium homes. T3 recommends it for everyday cleaning in homes of that size, and the robot is 131mm high, so it slips under most furniture.

Pet owners with hard floors. The anti-tangle brush and the 75 day dust bag cut down on handling hair, and the roller mop keeps washing itself, so streaks are less likely to spread.

Shoppers who want a full dock on a budget. At $459.99 you get washing, drying, refilling and emptying in one station.

Who should wait or look elsewhere. If you have thick carpet, a bedroom where the dock sits near sleepers, or a home full of cables and small objects, the E25 or E28 may suit better. The C28 dock cannot be bought separately, according to Expert Reviews.

What is still unknown

Neither eufy’s page nor the Amazon listing states how long a charge lasts in minutes. Whether the early Black Friday price will fall further is unknown, and the sources do not say whether the sale reaches stores outside the US.
