Phantom Blade Zero, the action game from developer S-GAME, launches on Thursday, October 29, 2026 on PS5 and PC. Players in North America do not have to wait for the date to roll over: the game unlocks at 7:00 PM PDT on October 28, which is 10:00 PM EDT for Eastern time.

Vice and AltChar both list the same global unlock moment. Local times work out like this:

  • Eastern (EDT), including Toronto: October 28, 10:00 PM
  • United Kingdom: October 29, 2:00 AM
  • Germany: October 29, 3:00 AM
  • China and Singapore: October 29, 10:00 AM
  • Japan and South Korea: October 29, 11:00 AM
  • Australia (Sydney): October 29, 1:00 PM

Readers in Western Canada can use the Pacific time, and Eastern Canada the Eastern one. Pre-loading is open for players who bought or pre-ordered, and AltChar reports it began on October 26 at 7:00 PM PT.

Platforms, editions and price

The game is available on PS5 and on PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. No Xbox version has been announced, according to AltChar.

KeenGamer lists US prices of $59.99 for the Standard Edition and $69.99 for the Digital Deluxe Edition. The Deluxe version adds the Wulin Legend and Blood-Steel Form outfits, a digital artbook and a digital soundtrack. Pre-orders also unlock the Treasure Basin accessory and the Legacy outfit early, and both can be earned through normal play. The sources we read do not give Canadian prices, so check the regional PlayStation Store or Steam page before you buy.

Physical copies come later

If you prefer a disc, you will have to wait. KeenGamer reports that physical PS5 editions of the Standard, Deluxe and Ultimate versions are planned for 2027, with the Ultimate Edition including a collectible steel case. No month, price or retailer has been given, so nothing can be ordered from Canadian or US stores yet.

For most Canadian players, the practical point is the clock. Eastern readers can start playing at 10:00 PM on Wednesday night, and those on the Pacific coast at 7:00 PM, rather than waiting until Thursday. Anyone planning to play on launch night should confirm that the pre-load has finished before the unlock time. AltChar notes that the PS5 download size has not been confirmed by S-GAME, so leave generous space free.
