The Ryobi ONE+ 18V 6-Tool Combo Kit, model PCL1600K2, is $199 at The Home Depot’s US online store at the time of writing, down from $299. Ryobi’s own US product page shows the same $199, labelled a “new lower price”, with $299 as the earlier figure. That is $100 off, checked on October 27, 2026.

Prices are in US dollars. Ryobi’s Canadian page lists the same kit and says it is sold only at Home Depot Canada, but it shows no price, and we could not confirm a Canadian sale price. Readers in Canada should check the Home Depot Canada listing before counting on this deal.

What is in the kit

According to Ryobi, the kit has six tools, two batteries, a charger and a bag:

  • 1/2 in. drill/driver (PCL206): up to 515 in-lbs of torque and a 24-position clutch
  • 1/4 in. impact driver (PCL235): up to 1,800 in-lbs of torque
  • 5-1/2 in. circular saw (PCL500): 4,700 RPM and a 1-11/16 in. depth of cut at 0 degrees
  • Reciprocating saw (PCL515): 1 in. stroke length and up to 3,400 SPM
  • Multi-tool (PCL430): up to 20,000 OPM
  • LED light (PCL660): 280 lumens and up to 22 hours of runtime

The batteries are a 4.0 Ah pack and a compact pack, which Ryobi’s Canadian page lists as 1.5 Ah. Every tool runs on Ryobi’s 18V ONE+ battery system, and the kit carries a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty.

The deal and the catch

Home Depot’s page shows no end date, so the price can change at any time. It also shows a limit of 5 per order. The $299 comparison here is Ryobi’s own figure, not only the store’s crossed out price.

Bob Vila reported on October 26 that the kit is part of Home Depot’s Tool Gift Center event, where Ryobi tools, kits and accessories are marked down by up to 61%. The outlet wrote, “One of our favorite deals is the Ryobi ONE+ 18V 6-Tool Combo Kit for $199 (was $299).”

Who it suits

The kit suits someone building a cordless set from scratch, since the batteries, charger and bag come in the box. Anyone who already owns ONE+ batteries may do better comparing it with single tools. Before buying, check that the listing names the PCL1600K2 kit with the 4.0 Ah and compact batteries, because other bundles of the same kit carry different prices.
