Publisher CRITICAL REFLEX has announced that three of its indie games are coming to Xbox, with two arriving in time for Halloween. The news came during the ID@Xbox and IGN showcase on October 20, 2026. Arctic Eggs is available on Xbox Series X|S today, Mouthwashing follows on October 29 with day one Game Pass access, and No, I’m Not a Human arrives in 2027.

Mouthwashing: October 29, day one on Game Pass

Mouthwashing is a first-person psychological horror game from developer Wrong Organ. It is set aboard the Tulpar, a doomed space freighter where five crew members are stranded with dwindling supplies and no hope of rescue. Players explore the dying ship and piece together what went wrong.

According to CRITICAL REFLEX, the game has sold more than 800,000 copies since it launched on PC in 2024 and won several awards, including Best Narrative and Players’ Choice at the Horror Game Awards.

On October 29, 2026, it launches on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Xbox One and Xbox Game Pass. Gematsu reports that the same date also brings Mouthwashing to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Switch, with a physical edition for PlayStation 5 and Switch sold through Fangamer.

Arctic Eggs: available now

Arctic Eggs, from The Water Museum, is a surreal cooking game set in a strange Antarctic city. You fry eggs, and almost anything else you can find, including beer bottles and bullets. It is on Xbox Series X|S now. The announcement did not mention Game Pass for this one.

No, I’m Not a Human and Militsioner in 2027

No, I’m Not a Human, from developer Trioskaz, is a paranoia horror game in which the world outside has become a deadly wasteland. Visitors keep knocking, and you must question them and decide who gets to come in. CRITICAL REFLEX says it has sold more than one million copies on PC. It is coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Game Pass in 2027.

The publisher also confirmed that Militsioner is heading to Xbox and Game Pass in 2027, with more details in a separate Xbox Wire post.

What it means for you

If you have Game Pass, Mouthwashing is the easy pick for Halloween week, since it will be included from launch. It is a short, story driven horror game, so it suits players who prefer tension and atmosphere over combat.

Arctic Eggs is a lighter, stranger option you can buy and play today on Xbox Series X|S. For No, I’m Not a Human and Militsioner, there is no exact date yet, so a wishlist is the best way to keep track.
