The Nothing Phone (3) with 256GB of storage is on sale for $549 at Amazon in the United States at the time of writing. The unlocked black model is shipped and sold by Amazon.com. Nothing’s own US store currently lists the phone at $699, and 9to5Toys notes that it carried a $799 price earlier, so the Amazon price sits well below both. We checked the listing on October 20; Amazon shows no end date, so the price can change at any time.
The larger model is discounted too. 9to5Toys reported the 512GB version at $649 at Amazon, against a regular price of $899.
What the Phone (3) offers
The Phone (3) is Nothing’s flagship phone. According to Nothing and the Amazon listing, the 256GB model comes with:
- 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage (the other version pairs 16GB of RAM with 512GB)
- Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip
- Four 50MP cameras
- A 5150mAh battery
- The new Glyph Interface on the back, plus Nothing’s Essential Search feature
- Android 15 out of the box with Nothing’s own software on top
The transparent back with its small rear display is the main thing that sets it apart from other Android phones in this price range.
How good is this deal?
9to5Toys listed the 256GB model at $549 and the 512GB model at $649 at Amazon, both brand new and unlocked. The outlet did not call either price a record low, so we will not either. What is clear is that the Amazon price is below what Nothing itself asks today, which is the comparison that matters.
Who it suits, and who should skip it
The Phone (3) suits Android buyers who want a flagship class phone with a design that stands out, a large battery and a clean take on Android, without paying the top prices of the biggest brands.
It is less of a fit if you depend on a carrier that does not fully support the phone, or if you want the widest choice of cases and accessories in stores. People who are deep in Apple’s or Samsung’s ecosystems may also get more from staying with those brands.
What to check before you buy
- The $549 price is for the black 256GB model. Other colours and storage sizes may cost more.
- Make sure the listing is shipped and sold by Amazon.com and says new and unlocked.
- Nothing publishes a compatibility disclaimer on its store page. Check that your carrier and its network bands support the phone before you order.
- The price applies to amazon.com in the US. Prices in other countries and at other stores may differ, and Amazon prices change often, so confirm the total in your cart.
