The CRKD ATOM+, a palm sized Bluetooth controller for Nintendo Switch 2, PC, phones and smart TVs, is down to $24.99 at Amazon in the United States. GamesRadar+ flagged the price in its deal of the day roundup on October 19, 2026, and called it a record low for the controller. CRKD’s own store lists the ATOM+ at $29.99.

The deal at a glance

  • Product: CRKD ATOM+ wireless mini controller (the Amazon listing we link is the Retro Purple Edition)
  • Store: Amazon (amazon.com), United States
  • Deal price: $24.99, as reported by GamesRadar+ at the time of writing
  • CRKD list price: $29.99 on crkd.gg
  • End date: none stated

According to GamesRadar+, Amazon has offered this $5 discount since its Big Deals event earlier in the month, and more colours joined the sale on October 19. The outlet said that “even with a smaller saving we’re at a record-low price here.” No end date has been given, so the price can change at any time.

What the ATOM+ is

The ATOM+ is a bigger follow up to CRKD’s original ATOM keychain controller. CRKD describes it as a mini Bluetooth gamepad with a full control layout, so it adds what the first model left out:

  • Two thumbsticks using TMR sensors, which CRKD says give zero stick drift
  • Triggers and shoulder buttons alongside the d pad and face buttons
  • Works with Switch 2 and the original Switch, PC, phones, tablets and smart TVs
  • Sold in four colours on CRKD’s store: Smoke Black, Pal Grey, Retro Purple and Glacier Blue

That makes it usable for modern games rather than only retro titles, while it still fits in a pocket or a console travel case.

Who it suits and who should skip it

The ATOM+ makes sense as a spare controller for a Switch 2 that travels, for quick multiplayer sessions with friends and family, or as a pocket pad for phone and tablet games. In its first impressions piece, GamesRadar+ liked how little bag space it takes up, but also said that comfort can be an issue because the controller is still very small.

Skip it if you want a main controller for long sessions. A full size pad such as a Pro style controller will be more comfortable for hours of play. If you only play retro games and want the smallest and cheapest option, CRKD’s original ATOM keychain controller is listed at $17.99 on its store (compare at $19.99), but it lacks the ATOM+ thumbsticks.

Before you buy

Check the colour on the listing you open, since the Amazon price can differ between colours and GamesRadar+ said only some colourways joined the deal. Make sure it is sold by Amazon or CRKD rather than an unknown third party seller. The $24.99 price applies to Amazon in the United States; GamesRadar+ noted that UK shoppers were still seeing the full price. Prices can change at any time.
