The oven is sold and shipped by Amazon.com, offers 13 cooking functions and has a 1 cubic ft interior that Breville says roasts a 14-lb turkey.
Breville makes the oven, and the prices below are US prices checked on November 7, 2026. Neither page we read gives an end date, so assume the price can change at any time.
How big is the saving?
Breville’s US page lists the oven at $399.95 and shows $319.95 as a sale price, though Breville’s own store showed the item as out of stock when we checked. Amazon’s price of $319.95 therefore matches the maker’s own sale price rather than a store-made “was” price.
Amazon’s page shows a 20 percent saving against the same $399.95, an Amazon’s Choice badge, “5K+ bought in past month” and a Limited time deal tag with no end date shown. Tom’s Guide listed the oven at $319 against $399 on November 3 in a roundup of pre-Black Friday home and kitchen deals at Amazon. None of the sources calls it a record low, so we do not either.
What does the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro do?
Breville describes a countertop oven with 13 smart cooking functions: Toast 9 slices, Bagel, Broil, Bake, Roast, Warm, Pizza, Proof, Airfry, Reheat, Cookies, Slow Cook and Dehydrate. The key specs and claims:
- Heating: Element IQ with 6 independent quartz heating elements that move power above and below the food, plus sensing and PID temperature control
- Speed: a super convection setting that Breville says reduces cooking time by up to 30 percent
- Capacity: a 1 cubic ft interior that fits 9 slices of toast, a 14-lb turkey, a 5 qt Dutch oven, most 9”x13” pans and 12 cup muffin trays
- Dehydrating: up to 4 trays
- Size: W21.4 x D17.3 x H12.7 inches
- Controls: an LCD display and an oven light that switches on at the end of a cooking cycle
In the box, Breville lists a 13” pizza pan, 2 oven racks, a 9”x13” broil rack and enamel roasting pan, and a mesh basket rack for dehydrating and air frying.

How does it compare with the Smart Oven Pro?
Amazon also sells the Breville BOV845BSS Smart Oven Pro in brushed stainless steel. Its listing names 10 cooking functions and convection, and does not name an air fry mode. If air frying and dehydrating are not on your list, it is the model to price next to this one.
Who it suits
Families who cook for a crowd. The 1 cubic ft interior takes a 14-lb turkey, 9 slices of toast or a 9”x13” pan, so one oven can cover holiday baking and weeknight dinners.
Small kitchens that want to retire a toaster oven and an air fryer. Breville counts 13 functions, with Airfry, Bake, Roast and Pizza among them, in a body that measures W21.4 x D17.3 x H12.7 inches. Check that figure against your counter first.
Cooks who dehydrate or slow cook. The oven dehydrates up to 4 trays and slow cooks with a 5 qt Dutch oven, according to Breville.
Who should wait. Anyone who wants the cheapest toaster oven should look at simpler models, and anyone outside the US should wait for local prices. Breville’s own store showed the oven as out of stock, so check delivery dates before you plan a holiday meal around it.
What is still unknown?
